Why has the XL HRM movement been so sluggish? BM ki tarah move ho rha hai!! Have people been so blinded by the Big brand of XL that they don't look at the general MBA courses at mdi iim k etc. and mindlessly join hrm? Whatever the reason be...something has changed this year in terms of the trends!
