yar i scored 163 marks in vyapam sub engineer 4th sept second shift exam ,but the thing is i have only B.Tech degree and i am not sure about that i am elligible or not for this exam. In notification they have written that diploma or higher educational qualification which makes me elligible but there are many rumours about non elligibility of Ā b.tech or BE students, i am so confused so please if someone can tell me i am elligible or not ?
