If i do not take NOC from central govt office as i dont want to inform my office about my interview. Can i give interview and give an undertaking that i will give noc and resignation letter after selection ... is it possible ? Many candidates who are working in highly reputable and affluent government jobs. Attending interview for job in PWD department, but still filing all 5 preference should recall the time when they were unemployed. Please show sone compassion for your fellow engineers.
