I had a talk with chief engineer retired from PWD yesterday, some of the point he made are: 1) those are already serving in other department from last 2-3 Or more years, it will be there innocence to give interview here. 2) Pwd is no more the department which was forecasted earlier in amitabh and Sashi kapoor films. 3)Government already giving the state road projects to NHAI, it means these are steps towards making pwd in nigam. To clarify above points you can talk to any higher official in irrigation or pwd department. Last but no the least, sabko dusre ki kamai or lugai acchi lagti hai.. But aisa hota njn hai. Wish u all the luck.

One more time Department & cut off for CIVIL :- 1- PWD , 2- RES , 3- IRRIGATION , 4- GROUND WATER / MINOR IRRIGATION. PWD cutoff :- GENERAL - 460/850 OBC - 445/850 IRRIGATION cutoff :- GENERAL - 400/850 OBC - 360/850. RES ki cutoff issliye clear Nahi ho paa rahi kyuki RES ki seats confirm Nahi hai kitne hai. Ye cutoff saari calculation ke hisab se hai. 2011 Mai Rank 1 ke 524/850 & Rank 40 ke approx 440/850 ,Rank 96 ke 396/850. 2011 Mai general ki seats 96 thi & cutoff was approx 396/850. 2011 Mai OBC ki seats approx 45 thi & cutoff was 342/850. 2013 Mai general ki seats 355 hai & OBC ki 150 hai.
SC/ST walo ki 340-345/850 . jayegi. 2011 Mai approx 40 seat thi , cutoff 324/850 gayi thi. 2013 Mai 107 seats hai.
