Uppcl EE guys cut off will be slightly higher than previous year so nothing to worry there r few exceptional ppl who will get 140+ .... so 120+ marks will be safe zone for general guys for obc 110 is the safe for sc/st 90-95 is the safe zone . In case of general women's/girls 105+ is the safe zone
