Honestly speaking Shift 1 will get the advantage of Normalisation min 6-8 marks ,although GATE question are repeated and some one liners in shift 1 also..I think Cut off may be as follows Shift 1 UR-130,EWS-126,OBC-124,SC-120 Shift 2 UR-138,EWS-132,OBC-128,SC-124 For interview only. Just a prediction ..Baaki UPPCL is unpredictable as alwayz seen in earlier years
