5% uppcl will give wrong answer, 5% normalization will suck. safe score will be 130 out of 130 then uppcl will give u 120. so try for100%. it may happened cutoff hi 100% hojaye. last time 128.6 /148 now atleast 135-140 out of 148 for selection: if you get 15-16in interview then 122-123 must be in written. for 122 in written uppcl need 130.

Jo bhi log EWS mein aate hai vo apni category EWS fill kar sakte hai aur certificate agar interview tak nahi ban pata hai to undertaking de de. Koi issue nahi hoga but final result mein roll number k sath * ban k aata hai aur joining se phele certificate submit karna necessary hota hai if u clear cutoff under ews category and if u clear cutoff of general then no need of certificate just give an affidavit that by mistake u filled EWS....
