Ye jo cutting me temporary likha hai iska meaning hai ki, 29/02/2020 tk training complete honi hai jo ki 3 months ki hogi, jb tk training puri nhi hoti post permanent nhi hota,usme saf likha hai ki 29/02/2020 tk asthayi pado pe yani uske bad permanent. This means that it includes training period. Now I think everything is clear.. 😎😎
