Reservation should be given to deserving person There are still many IAS IPS officer class 1 in India who got job on caste..and are earning above 1 lacs month...but still there children get St sc backward certificate.. Here caste are based on income only ..then how can an IAS dalit officer be backward ?? This is a question to ask How can his son or daughter be backward class.. Reservation was given for progress in terms of life..by income.. I think in case of job casteims should be removed..all should be kept at same level. .sc ,St IPS officer getting 23/100 and selected in any exam Open getting 67/100 not selected In exams we see knowledge or caste.. Why to take exam if we don't want to see talent..take directly on reservation nly.. A point to be think on it .. Iam not against reservation ..rich getting rich & poor getting poor..so this reservation is not going to help anyone lifetime in India..it will go on ..so it need to be stopped..atleast in case of jobs
