I have heard a lot of people saying that people join uppcl to earn black money..It might be true for some people but you cannot generalise it. And as a responsible Indian citizen it does not suits you to have this kind of mentality. There are still a lot of people who fulfill their duty by maintaining their integrity under all circumstances. Before discussing whether congress or BJP is right or wrong, mind your own intentions first.
