Hello everyone....my sdo frnd who is about to promote in next 2 3 months was telling ki vacancy will come but in year end mein....he was telling ki approx 53% vacancy of ae direct recruitment se bharte hai aur remaining je to ae promote hote hai....pichli govt ne lagataar 4 baar ae ki vacancies nikaali aur bahot kam je to ae promote hue the to present govt ne unko promote kiya hai dhadalle se to achanak se je ki Kami ho gayi hai...bol raha tha ki ek sub division pe ek ae aur ek hi je hai to pehle je ka recruitment krenge uske baad almost year end mein ae ka....such a bad news...this is what exactly happening in Uppcl regarding vacancy... please don't hope for vacancy before that...
