I have 85 pages RTI details received from ptcul on dated 19/09/17. You know last year ptcul opened ae recruitment, in which he demands all branches ie electrical /mechanical /electronics.

agar b.tech allow kar diya jaye to jo aspirant abhi bol rahe h k ae k bhi aayengi dont worry wo sabse pehle fill karenge form rule sabke liye same hota h agar or sare state m allow h to yha kyo nhi ho sakta bus court m arji diye bina kuch nhi hoga ae poore tehsil m ek lagta h or je 6 se 7 ek tehsil to agar je k 226 total vacancy to ae k aap sab samgh sakte ho agar aayi to kitni aayengi
dosto es baar to je ke liye btech allow karne ke liye kuch to karna parega .
dosto 2015 me uttrakhand me bhi btech walo ne court kiya tha tab court ne allow waha ab kar diya hai

up wale rajasthan candidate jaise nahi hai jo ae /je exam me bhi nontech syllabus accept kar lete hai.
in recent court cases bihaar high court says in one case where x-ray post only dipolma is eglible but same stream graduate apply and as per recruitment rule they were rejected then they were goto court here court give dicision to allow them.
same in delhi court je post graduate btech apply court says btech is better than diploma as per applicant not enjoying after doing btech he himself want to downgrade his job so he is egilible for je.
pls tweet pm as well as up energy minister itana karo gadar ki had ho gaye baise bhi modi govt under pressure for employement . so hope they help us. bina kuch kiye kuch nahi hoga next yr se only one exam for all graduate level they annouced.
we are degree holder better than diploma but due to unemployment still want to je post its i have no problem so why uppcl restrict them .as per last 2 yr phd candidate do Dclass office assistant like class 5th job.
