Hello friends yesterday i did a poll regarding cutoff of our exam . i also mentioned my understanding in poll and various factors that r critical in deciding the cut off . what i find is that most of u guys has agreed on factor that r main driving factor in cut off .
Now talks about the poll total no of participants were 176 . there reading of poll is like this
1. 25% ( means 44 articipants) said cut off will be 110 .
2. 19% ( means 34 ) said cut off will be between 114 to 116 .
3. 11% ( means 20) said cut off will be between 110 to 112 . Another 11% (means 20) said it will be between 114 to 116 .
4. 9% said it will be between 112 to 114
5. 10% ( means 18 ) said cut off wil be 120 to 122
6. 5% ( means 9) said it will be 118 to 120
7. finally 6% (11 people) said cut off will be above 122 . although they hv not putted their view that it is so . As per my request .
Friends in the poll 9% +19% + 25% = 53% means 94 participants out of 176 r predicted that cut off will be less than 114 .
if u add another category of 19% who said cutoff will between 116 to 118 . it means 126 people out of 176 are saying cut off will be less than 118 .
it means friend my yesterday prediction of cutoff that it will be less than previous recruitment . is proving correct . only if every one had participated in poll with honesty .
Friends what i m getting after this analysis considering all factor like
1. reduction in hindi marks .
2. increase in vacancy factor
3. toughness of paper standard due to non repeatition of previous question .
4. dillema in exam date bcoz upto 16 dec we were preparing mainly for nontech
i think cutoff will be less than 7 to 9 marks than previous year . and also there is one factor that we all accept that competition is increasing day by day
so i think cut off will be between 110 to 115 .
Friends my humble request to all of u that please mention ur finding of yesterday poll in comments section . one more request please all of u put ur range of cut off so that any one of us can do a poll in that range .
