When I talked to some selected guy in Uppcl and thought about recent selection in EC,CS, past selection, level of questions papers then feel that cut off should be around 110 max. But some guys on pg like informer of Uppcl made situation so worsen that everyone z confused abt 110 cut off or up to 127. If Uppcl will late 1 or 2 week then I think these informer will take cutoff up to 130 -140.
