If they are having such a difficulty in taking the non-technical part. They should just give out the result on the basis of the technical part - after all, it is a technical job. We can't keep travelling and busting our heads on this damn examination. They should just get it over with.

The petitioner alleges that he had appeared at the Computer Based Test for the post of Assistant Engineers (Trainee) Electrical Engineer in the second half on 12 November 2016 and out of 200 questions; only 50 questions have been cancelled by the notification issued in the newspaper. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the entire set of 200 questions papers should have been cancelled.
Sri J.P. Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2 prays for and is granted 10 days time to seek instructions in the matter.
Place this petition as fresh on 16 December 2016.

All of us shifted our focus to just non tech portion and put our main subjects on hold just because of this exam. And now what...these guys seriously need to take one final decision.
