Ek exam karane mein kaafi mehnat lagti hai. Non tech karne k jagah vo out of 150 result declare karna unk liye jada convenient. Or agar aisa kuch hota hai to paper direct cancel hota or pehle hi ho jata. Agar ab hota hai to election se pehele post fill nhi kar paynge.
