     I THINK FOR  UPPCL AE EE  WRITTEN CUT OFF WILL BE UR-(127-130.5) OBC-(119-122) .AND FOR FINAL SELCTION IN WRITTEN-UR-(STARTING 137-140  AND MORE THAN THIS) AND FOR OBC-(STARTING 129-132 AND MORE THAN THIS). AFTER INTERVIEW UR-(156-159) AND FOR OBC(146-149).
