You are telling ans will be zero but wrong because when OP AMP non inverting terminals is connected to ground.input resistance of op amp is infinite. There is no  current flow through. So there is no voltage drop .so   non inverting terminals voltage wil be zero .  Due  to virtual ground concept inverting terminal voltage  will be same as non inverting terminal.

Guys I have a doubt...just tell me when an alternator is overexcited ...what happens to the type of reactive power supply to the busbar.....is it lagging in nature or lreading in nature ??...and what about its effect on armature reaction...is it magnetising or demagnetising??
