I have a doubt here. If suppose, intha time I get selected as lecturer in polytechnic and join there. I work there for 4-5 years. In the mean time, I do ME part-time so that I can write TRB Asst Professor when the exam comes. And athulayum select aita will I get the pay from the starting scale of AP or the pay which im getting as lecturer will continue? Im already in a decent job rightnow. I want to be an Asst Prof which is my aim. athan itha vitutu athuku varalama nu yoiskren.

currently i was in banglore but my native is tamil nadu, 5 year back we shifted to banglore but i have community certificate(BC) issued by tamil nadu and i have completed my schooling and college in TN only ,can you please suggest me in which category i can apply?
