Ernakulam, 2.30 pm slot, 8.5.2017 GD topic : Is FDI good for retail market? Gave 3 minutes each for us to speak. Interview panel consists of 4 gents and 1 lady. All of them were friendly. Tell me about yourself. What does your parents do? Why didn't you go for Civil engg jobs? Why did you choose banking sector? What do you know of Syndicate bank? Where is HQ of Syndicate bank? Tell other banks whose HQ are in karnataka? Have you seen our logo?what is it? Why do you think it's a dog? What is banking? How does the money flow work? How does rbi control inflation? What is inflation? Are you okay with working anywhere in the country? Have you travelled outside Kerala? Where all have you travelled? What is startup India and stand up India. What are monetary policy rates? What do you know about payment bank? Have you heard about Jan dhan yojana? Tell the details. What is demonetisation and it's pros and cons. Do you know Hindi? What is Kozhikode famous for? What do you think have qualties of yourself that makes you eligible to work in a bank?
Gd and Interview experience Kolkata, Syndicate Bank regional office Anadapur,time 2:30 pm number of candidates present 13 two group were made with 7 and 6 candidates. 5 Gd topic were written on 5 paper and any one member suppose to pick any one luckily we got this topic "Is Digital transaction secure" ,then they gave 5 mins to frame your answer,and after that each member got maximum 3 minutes to speak,like after speaking by each members,they again gave some more time to us to respeak if we want and also to those who didn't speak well in their 1st attempt,then after the completion of this ,two groups were made those who are for and those who are against ,and from two groups 1-1 leaders representative were elected by their group and they only will speak,so after their speech like debating by those two members once again panel allowed to the members to speak.,so hence Gd concluded in this way ,don't be nervous they are really very good.
