Hello my dear Aspirants and future colleagues Congrats for clearing the first stage and all the best for the next stage. Dont get tensed about interview, its just an interaction to know about your behaviour, how you react when u r in stress and how you manage if you dont know the answer. One you enter the room, you have to introduce yourself ( this is the main area where panel finds questions Ex:whats the meaning of your name, your hobbies, strengths weakness, have you ever tried to overcome your weakness? , if u scored 80% in inter n 60% in degree, they may ask for the reason, ) and related things. So while introducing yourselves you should be prepared to face ant question asked from your intro. be prepared with latest updates related to banking and non banking . Ex: PCA framework of RBI, what are its effects on banks, which banks are under PCA till date, aadhaar linking issues As u people are new to banking coming from various educational backgrounds, no one will ask you indepth questions in banking. If you dont know any answer just admit it, better not to bluff them. Panel will ask questions based on the data furnished by you in your application form. Ex: if your home town is bengaluru, they may ask you about bengaluru, if there is no consistency in your academics they may ask for the reason. And 2 or 3 basic questions on your degree subjects. Why banking is a quite obvious question which doesnt have any specific answer. Try to give an answer which may convience them.(by your answer panel should be in the impression that you will not leave the bank after joining) Leave the rest to the GOD. 3 days no response from syndicate..we are like 50ppl who have clashes..why should we bear the brunt if they haphazardly choose dates..aisa hi karna tha to exam bhi ek day lete dono
