My marks was 125, from Bengal. Cut off for obc is 127.25 bt I hv been called for dv. Next preference was of gujrat( cut off-122.5) is thr any chance?

I get 129 my first preferance is WB am i selected for other state whose cuttof is less then 129 or only for WB

Again door ki soch but.... If DV is done by SSC regional HQ then why after final merit list, still the deptt allotted to the candidates carry out the document verification?
