I got letter from Consumer affairs(Delhi) today, dated 28june2018. see the pics, it says refer to the previous sent letter, but i haven't received any previous letter. Further, there is no where in the attestation form or character certificate where I have to sign by a gazetted officer and no medical certificate included in it. DO OTHER DEPARTMENTS ARE ASKING FOR GAZETTED OFFICER SIGNATURE ON CHARACTER CERTIFICATE and MEDICAL LETTER INCLUDED OR NOT?
