Kabhi bhi Advertisement ke bad e.q. change nhi ho sakti.. aisa karne par recruitment commission ki fault mani jati hai... Isliye IMD B.tecb allow kabhi bhi nhi karegi... Jaise Haryana me HSSC ne bad me change kar diye the.. isliye use fine bharna pada...aur recruitment ke time wali hi e.q. ke accordingly hi candidates ka selection hua.......Case of HSSC UDC in UHBVNL

The question of eligibility will come only during the DV. First let IMD decide on the cutoff and the ratio in which they call candidates. If they strike out the B.Techs at DV, then they might have to call atleast 5 times the candidates for DV or else there will be a lot of backlogs.

So let's hope the cutoff for DV comes quickly.

they allow the b-tech because they said E.Q.must be of three years and not mention that B-TECH ECE is not allowed clearly . And in 2011 they mention the same thing but they don't mention that it must be done after 10+2 . Now the crux behind that notification is that some students done diploma after 10th and become eligible so this time they mention this clearly that diploma or degree must be done after 10+2... so friends be cool
