Main line of notice is minimum qualifications, they should have written maximum if they don't want above diploma. If they don't allow b.tech people have valid reason to point out the notice which they have published.

I am an aspirant of SSC IMD Scientific Assistant 2017. Sir, there was significant difference in the exam of different streams in SSC IMD. Due to this most of the Physics candidates have scored sky-high marks. Since, there was no common question paper asked and technical question asked in physics branch was relatively easier than that of ECE and CS branch. I request you to consider seperate cut-off for different streams to ensure fair selection of hardworking candidates.
