Maybe What I am thinking over & over again is that this guy pakoda is trying to divert our attention from the fact that he is either working in SSC or IMD himself. This is because the way he presented those fake or true papers & the language doesn't seem so .
He perfectly knows the official procedures so this gives us a hint that maybe he wants to remove his name from this LEAK or something like that so that no one can blame him.Maybe he wants to disassociate himself from all this fuss so that tomorrow no one can file a complain or so. Whatever it may be but you have done a wrong thing dude :-(
