Friends register your complaint through pgportal.gov Complaints through this are resolved on priority basis. Since nothing else is working. Let's give this a shot.

RMC kolkata ,out of box IMD ko koi smjh paaya ?? state allocate ho k Moes mein pra huaa hai , review bhi ho gyaa ,letter printing bhi chl rhi thi ,phle soch rhe the half half bheje ,phir soche ek saath bheje ,jo bhi logo ne submit nhin kiya, agar kr diye to ..unko bhi usi date se bheje .. n even state allocation ol submit k base p nhin kiyaa, phle k rank basis p phir ye naya lochaaa , Mtlb hadd ho gyaa ,IMD itna bada wala hai kee Moes se koi cordination hee nhin hai kchh
