i got my offer letter today. but there is an ambiguity regarding the discharge certificate Annexure- E. I am in central govt job. how can i issue the discharge certificate before joining as there is uncertain amount of time between this offer letter and final joining in initial posting!! has anyone else observed this issue.

What is this "Identity certificate" guys? It is mentioned in two points and I am unable to guess... ....Documents to be submitted: 1. An attestation form duly filled in with "identity certificate" included therein. 2.
