Currently working as software engineer @paytm with 7lpa in noida. I want to stay in delhi. Confused whether i stick to the current job or go for IMD SA. If i get delhi as posting, i ll join IMD, else I m happy @paytm.

I post for those who thinking for home states ...........well even if u got home state this time but after 3-4 years u will be transferred to another state and u have to serve at least once in a hard state ............so u have to stay away from home about 7-10 years minimum....... Take this also in consideration

People here are crying for home state posting.....remember, with any grade -b or officer cadre job, you can not think of to get posted home state permanently...., If you want home state posting permanently for rest of your life , find some clerical jobs.... In either case, you have to compromise with one thing , 1. Money or 2.Family
