bc ye log khud psycho to hain hee..dusre ko bhi krte rhenge..
look what happens in gov job ..Even if u do not get promotion , ur salary will keep increasing with DA n increment . Suppose if u don't get promotion by post . Automatically ur ACP will be implied n g.p will change after 10 yrs ..n this in worst scenario.
Now IMD is in restructuring phase & cadre , promotion policies r changing
it may happen in subsequent yr tht only SA g.P will start from 4600.
