Guys I wanted to know , I am M-tech in ECE but interested in astronomy and astrophysics and research.I am not intersted in staying at home state, so which IMD centre is best for rapid growth if I am willing to work hard. So is there any chances of doing PhD through IMD in future.......

Pls give me genuine reply or suggest me to whom should I contact for these type of info.
