if anyone resigns within one year then that vacant post will be filled from reserved list or that seat is taken forward? if any new vacancy created that is filled from reserved list or in next recuritment? Anyone filled RTI regarding validity of waiting list. genuine reply please.

Guys, I am currently working in archaeological survey of India as MTS(only joined in last month), should I resign now itself or only after got some intimation from IMD office, process of resignation here may take almost one month. Genuine reply please
