For those who says the notification has misguided them. Dude i have a B Tech degree and nothing has misguided me. If you look at the 2011 recruitment you get to know what i mean. Diploma can be both 3 yrs and 2 yrs(after 10+2) thus it was clearly mentioned that minimum qualifications must be 3 yrs. It was nowhere mentioned that 4 yrs is excluded and therfore higher degree is always acceptable. CAT has given its verdict on the grounds of former cases where it was never mentioned if the higher degree is mentioned but later were included in the selection procedure. If u look at the functioning of courts than you know that's how court functions. So any allegations on the verdict is now totally baseless but however if you are not satisfied u can move to high court but there's nothing left as all logics are studied well so kindly move on and prepare for the other exams.

hello friends, new to this grp. aplogo k discussion se pata chala 520 ur seats me 160 obc+sc &others ko jayega.ab PH k reservation adjust karna hai to 35-40 logo ko ur+obc absent hona chahiye...kya kisi ko pata hai kitne absentee hai 700 tak? or unme kisine kya dobara dv die hai bad ki date me...BTW mera serial 714 hai...maine iske regarding RTI dala hai...but avitak reply nahi aya...kafi paresan hu.
I think the DV list was prepared categorial wise including PH candidates on their respective sr no. It has all been adjusted already by IMD.
