Hey needed genuine advice , in a dilemma which one to choose

1. IMD , from Delhi posted in TN.

2. IB as ACIO, family bit skeptical about it.

3. CGL though it depends on how tier III goes.

4 yrs degree holders are allowed.. But is it necessary that one should have read physics as a sub in alI the semesters ?? I'm asking this qn coz on my dv date they were looking for whether I've read physics or not. Confused.. If anyone have some genuine ans then plz reply..
