Subjudice:

Currently two cases are running before court

1) Mohammed Juber ( B.Tech) O.A. number 209/2018 in Jaipur CAT COURT listed on 17/8/2018

2) Divya Kumari (B.Tech) O.A. Number 1456/2018 in Delhi principal bench listed on 20/7/2018

And IMD has not filed any review before court nor they have gone to HIGH COURT as we have not received any legal notice by Department or any intimation.

So because of these two cases only they are using SUBJUDICE word.

And these cases will take sometime so only they are saying that it will take some time in final listing of Candidates.

I think subjudice means someone has filed the case against B tech eligibility that's why IMD has also not remove the notice , and possibly this may be done by the candidates which are other than BTech

List on 29.05.2018.

Meanwhile, one post of Scientific Assistant be kept vacant.

Don't worry. All cases will be dismissed/allowed ASAP. CAT Delhi is the highest appeal bench of all CATs. So cases will be closed and all Btech candidates will be allowed.

जब OBC की सीट 301 है तो serial no. 1251 तक स्टूडेंट्स को चीट मिलनी चाहिए थी, अगर एक भी कैंडिडेट अनुपस्थित नही हुआ है तो मगर सिर्फ s. n. 1170 तक ही OBC कैंडिडेट को ही चीट मिला है और 10-20 अनुपस्थित हुए ही होंगे, फिर चीट कम कैसे हो गए? 51 से 75 तक ओबीसी कैंडिडेट है रोज के DV में। Ans pls
