Jo yahan mutual exchange ki scheme chla rhe hain..... IMD called 2300 candidates for a reason ... They won't allow any mutual exchange because if don't want to join at the station alloted to you then there is a long waiting line standing beside you of people who are willing to join...
You all shud first join IMD. And btw you will have to join at the posting locations allotted to you right now. No change in that scheme. Also mutual transfer can take place only after your 2 year service (thats also on priority basis like Husband Wife issue/ Medical issues/ Family issues). Not everyone will get mutual transfer benefit. Only 1102 chits are there to be picked up, so the rest candidates will be waitlisted.
And its #bitter truth that UR candidates above 900 rank dont have any chance. Only OBC candidates till 1600-1800 rank have chances of selection. So attend DV accordingly. Joining wil take place in 2-2.5 months from now.
Till date absentees are roughly around 75-80.

It's not fair to to give location via chit system...... it should be according to there marks.....pls send grievance in huge numbers to PMO ALSO to stop all this nonsense.... Now people form south getting north and people from north getting south....Can't they give people their desired location....so that no transfer and this bullshit will happen in future.....Really shame on imd location allottments procedure
