yaha log kah rahe hain ki mechanical candidate ka dv hua aur state bhi allot ho gaya jabki mechanical civil electrical to kabhi eligible he nahi tha..... to kya dv sirf ek formality hai?????///.... iska matlab hua ki jiska dv ho gaya state allot ho gaya aur merit list mein 1102 ke upar hai uska bhi joining confirm nahi hai.... IMD wale aisa kyun kar rahe hain.... mechanical civil candidate ko state kyun allot kar rahe hain....agar kisi candidate ka documents eligibility condition ko pura nahi kar raha hai to spot par us candidate ko batana chahiye so that candidate jo bhi ho sakta hai wo kar sake .... aise to kisi ko pata he nahi chal payega ki uska document ok hai ya nahi..... IMD ka recruitment process bahut suspicious hai....

What to do if previous deptt is not providing noc. Anybody facing the same issue what did they tell in imd verification. In Imd notification it is clearly mentioned that noc is required for those claiming age relaxation.
