Has any been BTEch student been named in the DV list? According to my source, BTEch won their case at court with Mr Bhardwaj as lawyer but IMD still not allowing BTECh students. Does anyone have any clarification regarding this?

State allocation is being done simultaneously through lottery system. This guy Manish (ranked 32), from Rajasthan got Tripura.
