Some people are sore losers and aspiring Raju Kumars here😂. They can't get a job on merit basis and are begging for exam cancellation which won't happen (read judgement properly). This judgement can only be changed by Supreme court as many High courts gave similar judgements. So don't expect that High courts will do any thing.

Bhai imd ke website pe aa to jane do ,whether imd follow the judgement or they will knock the higher court ? Don't be foolish to go court ki BSC balo ke sath kuch galat hua hn ..if u see many job like atc ,physics honours ke sath btech v eligible hote hn..

Exam cancel nehi hoga....cgl main cbi 17 people ko atrest kiya.....lekin cancel nehi hua....aur imd toh fairly exam liya hain..so no base for cancellation.......AND U KNOW WHY B.TECH ARE ALLOWED......kyunki 2011 main imd already unhe allow kiya tha....wohi rr abhi tak hain ..... amend nehi hua......AUR BAAT RAHI CASE KI......toh woh sabka fundamental right hain......kar sakte ho...lekin ak bar judgement padh lo.......supreme court ka 4 judgements hain b.tech k favour mai .....AUR MUST BE....woh toh judge ne bhi likha hain....but rr main yeh specifically likha nahi hain ki 4 years not allowed...nahi notice pain.....SO LOGIC K BASIS PAY CASE KARO.......REVENGE lene k liye nahi.......aur jo log case kar raha hain woh yehi log hain jinke rank lower side main hain.......YEH SAB CHAKKAR MAIN PADHOGE TOH EXAM NAHI NIKAL PAOGE........CGL PADHO.......remember hard work only pays.....aisa na ho jaye ki yeh bhi na mile aur cgl bhi crack nahi kar pao..... GALIAAN DENA HAIN TOH DE DO......BUT YEHI SAACH HAIN KI MERIT AUR MARKS SELECTION DETE HAIN......court cases nahi...aur galliyan dene se bhi nahi Between i m b.sc........

Generally in High Courts, 1day is allotted to hear admission of the case. If the case has some meaning and essence, High Court admits that case and gives next date to present their case. If the court considers that the case doesn't have essence on admission day, that case will not be admitted and scrapped. Pehle din hi pata chal jata hi. Let BSC people try their luck.

Have read the judgement of honourable court. Now most of the B.Tech's are allowed (IT/CS/ECE/ELECTRONICS) OR B.SC (eng)..n there is no doubt they have studied more electronics or computers than diploma students..and main thing they got good marks in a competitive exam open to all...last time IMD didnt allow B.tech's with electronic and intrumentation or simply electronics engineering and B.Sc engineering but this time they too allowed..wise decission by court. If have cleared an exam with ur talent and hard work then u should get job. . congratulations..
