No written order has been passed by judge till now, and will be given after taking his time... But oraly IMD won the case and B.Tech lost the case..
IMD lawyer is so damn stupid. It's like on purpose they've accepted their defeat.😂😂😂

For result, At first we waited for ssc with fixed date. Then for Imd without fixed date. And now for court without fixed date.
I dont know why we B.Sc people are so much perplexed over this B.Tech case. People instead should ask IMD deptt for creating such ambiguity and fuss as we all know that they are very incompetent that's why they are not able to hold DV in 3 months and instead they have created this mess . IMD should now wrap up the recruitment with Dv and appointment. It has been 1 year and still no signs of results. Marks has been declared in feb and it has been Scorching May and still no signs of DV. Does anyone know when the DV will be held? Whats does SHORTLY mean? Someone ask IMD employees regarding that in RTI too !!
