Called IMD yesterday, they told me to wait for 1 month more !! What does "Shortly" mean if they take up 4months time in taking only the DV. Really fed up. He said that the CAT case has pushed the DV dates and are awaiting the outcome as 2-3 cases on IMD has been lodged all over the country by 4 year guys. Don't know if it's true , but surely IMD has messed up everyone's life.
