It is said that the case is disposed after giving directions. Anybody know where I can read about the directions given by the court...?

This B.Tech guy is now going to resign from his current post of IRS to join as an IAS. So, as per the logic of DGM and a few BSc basta*ds, only Diploma and BSc degree holders will be eligible for the post of IRS from now onwards.
