Ssc also removes results after a time . So this does not mean that the result is no more valid .... same the case here . Btech not allowed ...

As a b.tech guy we are thankful to IMD for giving clarification note in advance, imd gave us chance to file a case before DV. Bsc wale ye bhuk gaye the nahle p dahla bi hota hai

Court will have only one decision to eligibility case: "NO" और "YES" We have sufficient proof to get the court decision in favor of B.tech. Everyone knows why the case was lodged, no one has the time to waste it anywhere. 1. लेकिन B.Sc के वो समझदार लोग कहा हैं जो ये बोला करते थे कि B.Tech eligibilty का केस court में admit ही नहीं होगा। और अब जब admit हो गया है तो अब फिर से वही लोग ये बोल रहे हैं कि अगर B.tech एलिजिबल हो गया तो या तो B.Sc वाले case करेंगे या फिर पूरा recruitment cancel हो जाएगा। अरे जब तुम लोग इतने ही confirm हो हमारी ineligibility को लेकर तो अब फटी क्यों पड़ी हैं तुम लोगो की। Court जो decision लेगा वो सबको acceptible हैं, फिर क्यों ऐसी-तैसी करा रहे हो अपनी। 2. The recruitment won't get cancelled at any cost. और जिन्हें ये लगता कि recruitment cancel हो जाएगा तो ऐसा कुछ नहीं होगा कभी भी..सरकार किसी के opinion पर नहीं चलती बल्कि सबूत या paper work पर चलती हैं। और एक बार मान भी लिया कि चलो cancel कर दिया जाए एग्जाम तो एक बात याद रखना, सबसे ज्यादा नुकसान B.Sc वालों का ही होगा cancel होने से। 3. Due to 3-4 B.Sc students, the whole B.Sc community ki getting criticized. सिर्फ कुछ गिने-चुने B.Sc वालों की वजह से पूरी B.Sc बदनाम हो गयी हैं जैसे हेमंत, नितेश, मयंक। इन् लोगों को कोई काम हैं ही नहीं। सिर्फ लोगों को भटकाने का ही काम हैं इनके पास। Atleast sense तो काम मे लिया करो कोई logic लगाने से पहले। **तुमसे अच्छे logic तो एक स्कूल के बच्चे के पास होते हैं।** 4. और तुम लोग एक काम करो, court में केस कर ही दो तुम लोग..तुम लोगों की तरह हमारी फटने वाली नहीं हैं। सिर्फ भोंकना जानते हो तुम लोग। 5. No case will be lodged by the B.tech people who had not filled the form or had not given the exam. जो लोग ये सोच रहे हैं कि जिन B.tech स्टूडेंट्स ने exam नहीं दिया वो B.Tech वाले केस करेंगे..तो ये बता देता हूँ कि किसी के पास इतना time नहीं हैं कि बिना एग्जाम दिए कोई court में केस करे। 6. B.tech और B.Sc में कोई लड़ाई नहीं हैं, दोनों की अपनी अलग पहचान हैं लेकिन कुछ गिने-चुने B.Sc वाले जिन्हें अपनी छोटी सोच दिखानी हैं उन्होंने इसे personal लड़ाई बना ली हैं। कुछ नहीं होना इससे, सिर्फ अपनी इज़्ज़त खो चुके हैं वो। खुश रहो और अपने साथियों को भी खुश रहने दो। ये देश सबके साथ होने पर ही चल रहा हैं।

Just a thought, if things don't work out appropriately; and I have no grudge over BTech fellas, according to me this post of SA-IMD should be open to all science or engineering graduates alike as no one over here has read about metereology which has both scientific and engineering side to its demand; is their a chance for reexamination and allotement postponing to next year. In that case should we start our preparation all over again!!
