Should I join any research Institute for int. Ph.D. or try for govt job.

I am BCA with 130.75 marks general . Bhaiyo mujhe hope rakhni chahiye ya dusre exams ki tyari m lg jau.
Met a lawyer today at his residence and showed him all the documents regarding case
He replied judges often take the students side in any case. But there is a chance if btech gets allowed then recruitment may get cancelled because by seeing the notification lots of btech candidates didn’t appear/filled the form of examination. It will be unfair for those candidates.
If Imd didn’t wanted btech it should clarify at the time of advertising the notification clearly.
So only 2 cases possible from here according to him
1. Btech not allowed and recruitment gets completed
2.Btech wins the case of eligibility and judge will direct IMD to re conduct the examination with the clear notification.
Ssc JE ki cutouff dekh lagta hai imd ki 115 k karib rahegi. Baaki kuch kaha nai ja sakta wo pata hai
Bhai imd me 125~135 gen ka, ja sakte hai 100%,,jab ssc je me electrical /mech ka cutoff 136 gen ka gaya hai obc 133 they call 2000 candidate for part 2 exam, for 350 vacancy

Guys one of my friends is btech MTech dual degree 5 year in cse from iit scored 149.75 obc .. Will he be allowed as well if btech gets allowed?
Vase bhi agar exam cancel hota h toh bsc vale bhi toh case kr sakte kyunki jinke no. Ache h unhone kai dusri job chod di hogi is chakar mein taki bond vagarah na bharna pde exam cancel toh for sure nhi hoga...haan delay ho sakta h...aur re exam bhi nhi hoga kyunki is exam ke liye kisi ne apni aur exam chode honge toh vo case krenge matlab ye h ki agr ppr mein dikkat or koi technical fault nhi hota toh exam cancel krna just for eligibility issue namumkin h haan for new fresh vacancy ke liye eligibility change ho sakti hain....

The case of 2011 against IMD reveals a lot of facts 1.just because one has given exam doesn't make him eligible for the job 2.ssc and IMD has the absolute right to cancel candidature at any later stage if not found eligible as per notification 3.information given in notification is the most important as only criteria mentioned in it would determine the eligibility

TGT(2nd grade) k liye bsc+bed(degree in education) required hoti h PRT(primary teacher) k liye BSTC(diploma in education) Bsc+bed is bigger degree as compared to BSTC still person with BSC+ bed can not fill form for PRT. So..... But point that RR hasn't changed is a valid point. So it's up to Judges......

Will the BSc (Physics), Bsc computer science, Bsc it , diploma ece .... ( ALL ELIGIBLES ACCORDING TO IMD) will do a case if they get wiped out from the merit list if btech gets allowed? Particularly with marks 120-145
