I am a BSC and pray to god for IMD result soon whatever the matter or aftermath of court case,process must be rapid.One thing I want to say that Even IMD knows if it doesn't clarify regarding qualification for SA during application,court case would be done but SSC/IMD is addicted to court case.Many students filed RTI regarding it but no substantial information was replied.IMD/SSC should have clarified it at that time rather than it clarified after situation got worst.Like ISRO SA ,etc SSC should have mentioned during notification that B.Tech and B.E or Four year degrees are not allowed but it didn't rather than using technical language 'Must be of three year'.Now it has become tradition to waste the mind and time of youths in the untoward incidents.
