See guys i have read many threads below where there is constant berating among graduates, btech guys and diploma holders on the eligibility criteria and so on... Wt I assume is this its up to imd to decide who is eligible or who is not.... We shouldn't be fighting among ourselves on such things... Rather we should be competing and helping each other to achieve our aim of having a successful career...so let's hope the best one wins.... The job...

DOPT makes recruitment rules on recommendation of some committee so it is evident that there is no possibility of ambiguity. As the RR PDF suggested "must be 3 years" point , that was already mentioned in 2011 and 2017 recruitment notice. If they allowed the BE/Btech candidates in 2011 with "at least" word in clarification that means it comes under RR rules. So they will allow BE/Btech this time. One more thing no recruiting agency can change the RR to his own free will(only Govt.jobs).
OBC 105.5, is there any chance?
In all probability, exam is headed towards cancellation because btech candidates will move court and court will most certainly quash the RRs and held btech eligible but NOT with current notification. So a new notice and a new exam.
