Guys yesterday I sent a mail to a regional office regarding preference change issue...Today I got their replied. They are saying that this decision is in the hands of Delhi HQ office.....So if you want to change your preferences then I request you to please send mail to HQ office . I think If they will get more application in this matter then they may allow us to change. I am sharing snapshot of reply which I got. I am also sharing mailing details of ssc Delhi HQ office.
