Hey everyone, I have a little suggestion for you, Those who have doubt about their BMI and think that they might be underweight or overweight, First and most important thing is that you measure your weight right on different weighing machines if possible. I measured mine on four different machines One at home which is an analog mechanical machine, show my weight 66-67 KGs Second was a digital weighing machine at the grocery store, 69.300 KGs Third was at a hospital, same machine as at the grocery store, 70.300 KGS Forth was at gym, my friend who had medical test at a CRPF board, he was overweight, the machine at gym and at the board showed his weight as same, it's a sleek and stylish looking machine, it weighted me as 69.300 KGs तो एक बात तो कन्फर्म है, किरयाना स्टोर वाला बणिया कोई गड़बड़ी नही कर रहा था

I saw some posts about asking the right format for obc certificate, I don't know mine is right or wrong but that's the old one, and I have renewed my OBC non creamy layer status in this month and got a new OBC certificate
