@Pnkj_kumar If anyone needs help losing weight, this how i lost 6 kgs. Started one month back. Jogged for 4 kms everyday in the evening, ek cup black coffee jaane ke half hour se pehle. Breakfast mein subzi, 3 roti, salad. Lunch mein dal, 2 roti, salad. Excersice ke baad 4 boiled egg white. Aur 8pm ke baad kuch nahi khaana. Bas sone se pehle garam paani me lemon and honey banake pi lena. Avoid fried food. You can lose atleast 1.5-2 kg per week depending on your current weight
Reduced about 3 KGs in two weeks, got myself from 73kgs to 69.300 kgs. Can anyone Tell me the minimum limit for height of 176.5 cm, so that do not get underweight, I am 24....

Friday, 26 February 2016 | PNS | New Delhi12345The Supreme Court has held that disqualifying OBC candidates who submit their OBC certificate beyond the cut-off date goes against the Constitutional object of ending social inequality.In a judgment announcing this concession, the apex court on Wednesday directed the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) to admit an OBC candidate Raj Kumar Gijroya for selection as staff nurse under a 2008 advertisement.The bench of Chief Justice TS Thakur and Justice V Gopala Gowda said, “The constitutional concept of reservation envisaged in the Preamble of Constitution as well as Article 14, 15, 16, and 39A of the Directive Principles of State Policy is to achieve the concept of giving equal opportunity to all sections of the society….this Court has held that the object of providing reservation to SC/ST and educationally and socially backward classes of the society is to remove inequality in public employment, as candidates belonging to the general category as a result of facing centuries of oppression and deprivation of opportunity.”On this reasoning, the bench set aside a Delhi HC order of December 24, 2012 which upheld DSSSB’s decision to reject the application of the petitioner. While the cut-off date for submission of forms had expired on January 21, 2008, Solicitor General Ranjit Kumar who appeared for DSSSB argued that since the certificate was received after the last date for submission of forms, the candidate had waived his right to be considered under the reserved category.The petitioner had qualified in the provisional selection list. However, in the final list, his name was not mentioned for appointment as staff nurse. He was informed that the non-selection was due to his failure to deposit the certificate on time.

Ssc CR medical dates out brother check it
I knw delhi is become a worst state in the presence of kejariwal sir's govt,but why ssc is not releasing our admit cards.... i think we should request to kejariwal sir to strike for it....... 😄 😂 🙌
