@ kunnappa good morning. Few day ago you posted comment that medical officers of Bihar and UP state are very rude but I couldn't reply your comment at that time as I was busy in duty. I am well sure that you haven't not been more than five to six states in your life but I being a member of force, have been to every parts and corner of each states during my 10 years of service and as a result I am well familiar about the environment and nature of each states and persons. I also know that you belong to southern state but I wouldn't comment on your particular states and area. But I would like to inform to all of you is that people of Bihar and UP are not so bad as you think and Kunnappa you will come to know about the ground reality of every after joining Capf. I am saying so because I have perceived the ground reality of each states and persons. So freinds it's my humble request to all of you is that think minutely before what you say to any particular states or field.

This is a post of retired chairman, ssc Kannan Raghupathy. Sir ... When I took over in SSC in 2009 there was a provision in its Examination Notices that the OBC certificate should be obtained before the closing date for receipt of applications. I had elaborate consultation with DoLT and modified the provision to allow the certificates obtained till the last stage of the Examinations ie., skill test/CPT/DOCUMENT VERIFICATION SSC changed the cut off date in 2014 by prescribing that the certificate should be obtained by a specific date after the Second Stage of the Examinations. Now the time available for obtaining the certificate has been further truncated, without realizing that the Non Creamy layer certificate being dynamic and valid for only three years, most candidates apply for the certificate only after they are midway through the Examinations. Several hundred OBC candidates lost the OBC status in SDC's examinations in 2015 and 2016 and it will happen in 2017 too, because of their certificates being dated after the due date. Thus, the constitutional provision of reservation has been taken away by an ad hoc administrative decision. A Supreme Court ruling that age relaxation provided to reserved categories and reservation are two independent concessions and age relaxation will not be a disqualification for availing a UR vacancy on merit is not followed in # SSC . Will the # PMO and # DOPT look into these issues? What is the # National Commission for OBCs doing on such issues?
